Are the online prices final?
They are the price for the selected repair configuration or a starting estimate where condition or parts can change the total. We confirm the device condition and part availability before repair.
What does Standard, Premium and Original/OEM mean?
Standard is the budget aftermarket tier. Premium is a higher-grade aftermarket option. Original/OEM is shown only where an original-source option is supported; exact source type is confirmed when relevant.
Do you repair the same day?
Same-day service may be available depending on the repair and part stock. Timing is confirmed with the repair details.
Do you repair cracked TV panels?
We evaluate them, but cracked LCD/OLED panels require the TV model number and photos. Panel replacement is often uneconomical, so we do not advertise a misleading fixed price.
Is my data safe?
We respect device privacy and recommend a backup when possible. Data recovery and board-level repairs can require additional diagnostic steps.
